Markets are continuing to plateau, but we prepared for this.

We've expected to see markets remain stagnant going into 2024. We've been working with Owners for years, working to ensure that we are steadily increasing to match the market, with small annual increases as needed. If you've been working on making these small increases, you are all ready for this stagnation.


Ensure that you are staying on top of regular preventative maintenance, and limiting long-term costs. This time will pass, and new employers are moving to Savannah, creating new demand in the future!


In the meantime, we see slight downturns in Atlanta and  Jacksonville, a larger one in Augusta, but also some small increases in Fort Lauderdale and Charlotte.
