The Housing Markets that are strong are seeing two major trends emerge:

1. Affordability
2. Lifestyle

For the first time in a long time, Southern cities are notably lacking, with only Topeka, KS making the list. The lifestyle is part of what made Southern towns so appealing for so long, with our green spaces and Coastal proximity.

However, this may just be a cycle. Typically, as the market stays hot, the prices increase, then driving down demand. This is not a cause for concern, but continued Year-over-year changes in this demand should be monitored!
