Annual Wellness Checks

Prior to finalizing Resident Renewal offer, Management schedules an inspection to ensure Residents are properly taking care of the home.

If necessary, Management can review action items with Resident to resolve any issues, or can give notice to a Resident who is not compliant with rules upon review.
