For extensive projects or renovations involving multiple trades or vendors:

Platnium Oak will charge a 10% project managment fee for managing Platinum Oak approved vendors for project completion.

Platinum Oak will charge a 20% project management fee for projects completed by any vendors that are not currently approved by Platinum Oak or do not carry their own Workman's Compensation and general liabilty insurances.
