MOVE IN
So you’ve been approved! Congratulations! We know that moving can be exciting and also stressful! Palm Property Management wants to make your move-in process as quick and easy! Download or view our checklist below.
RENT RESERVATION FEE
You reserve your home by paying the Rent Reservation Fee! Once you move-in, the Rent Reservation fee will be referred to as your deposit.
This fee covers the deposit and does NOT include the prorated or first month's rent, nor does it cover any fees, or potential utility deposits you will/may have to pay and set up prior to move-in.


HOLDING YOUR NEW HOME
From the DATE that you RESERVE the property, we can hold the property no more than 10 days off the market. We rent on a first come, first approved, first reserved (Rent Reservation Fee-Paid) basis. In short, the first approved applicant to pay the Rent Reservation Fee reserves the home.
If we have received a reservation for the property you applied for, we are more than happy to assist you in transferring your application to one of our other available properties without having to reapply.

If you are not able to have all of your services established prior to move-in, please let us know before your lease is drafted, so we can add a clause to your lease that will give you additional time to send us your confirmations.
FINAL DETAILS
Sign the lease
Pay any prorated rents and/or pet fees
Grab your keys from the lockbox and start your move-in
Let us know that you have your keys so that we can come get your lockbox
Review your Property Inspect inspection report within 7 days of moving in
Download our app so that you can submit work orders and make payments online
