HVAC Add-On Services 

Regular Service intervals to service HVAC units, including replacing the filter, clearing condensation drain line, as well as brief visual inspection of the system and home.

Manager encourages all Owners to participate in regular maintenance, as it can prevent costly repairs and prolong the life of both interior and exterior units. Manager will also schedule a bi-annual service to clean the exterior HVAC system. The cost for the exterior service is $40.00 per each bi-annual service completed. The Owner recognizes that the pricing for these services may change, and that the Manager will shop for the most competitive pricing for HVAC supplies and repairs. However, to keep this service cost competitive, this service is performed by the Manager's maintenance team of technicians as often as possible. If additional issues are identified during this service, the Owner will be notified of the need for further inspection and diagnosis by an outside vendor.
