Our partners at AppFolio have changed 2 things about online payments make online payments easier! :

• Manual Online Payments: 

You now have two options - Residents who are required to make payments in full will have two options for one-time payments: Full Balance and Balance Due. 

1. Balance Due will include past and currently due charges.
2. Full Balance will include the resident's Balance Due and upcoming charges.

• If you already have Scheduled/Recurring Payment “pay-in-full automatic payments”: (This will affect those for June recurring payments.)

1. Maximum payment limits are set based on recurring charges, if you want to change the limit then you could do so here!
